The official website of private news channel namely the News One TV got hacked by a Pakistani hacker called “No Swear”.

The reason behind hacking the website is to raise voice against un-lawful killings of Muslims in Burma. Hacker wants to open the eyes of Pakistani media, who is alleged for not properly covering the massacre happening in Burma.

Hacker writes:

When an Indian actor dies every channel including yours cover’s it till he is buried and even after that..

But thousands of Muslims are being killed in Burma and our Muslim sisters are dying with hunger.. and no one gives a damn..???

Why is that so ????

I request you to broadcast the hardships of our Muslim brothers and sister. So that the U.N (United Nation) may take an action….

Pakistani news channel websites have faced such hacking attempts before, where they were urged by hackers to properly cover certain events.

The Controversial Pakistani actress is being charged of spying for ISI. The allegations arisen from the photo shot of Veena for an Indian magazine with an ‘ISI’ tattoo on her arm.

But Veena Malik has denied allegations of spying for the ISI in a Delhi court which looked into a complaint against her after her alleged nude photographs appeared in an Indian magazine. The complaint had said that the tattoo indicated that she was spying for the Pakistani intelligence agency which should be probed.

Veena was quoting as saying,

“One day I am accused of being aggressive, and the next day a spy. I am an actress. I don’t like being given such labels. People should respect me. I am an honest person who is just doing her work.”

Malik had denied that she posed naked for the magazine, claiming the cover photo was doctored.

We informed you earlier that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s official Facebook pages was get hacked by hackers on Friday, have been put back up.

The President of the Insaf Students Federation in Karachi, Arsalan Ghumman, told to Express Tribune that,

“The pages were put back up at around 5am on Monday after hectic efforts by party members in the US and Pakistan.”

About 30 pages were hacked, including the official page of PTI Chairman Imran Khan, ISF’s own page and that of PTI Secretary General Dr Arif Alvi.

Ghumman mentioned that,

“We immediately contacted the National Response Cell on Cyber Crime, a department of the Federal Investigation Agency, as well as the management of Facebook in the US.”

Since it was a weekend in the US, it delayed the process and made it that much more complicated. “But it worked to our advantage that the PTI is an officially recognised political party in the US,” he added.

Although PTI has a fair idea of who hacked the pages, Ghumman said, they are not willing to disclose the hacker’s identity right now.

He mentioned that,

“I just want to clarify that this is not an inside job, as some people have been saying on social networking websites. The hacker is not and was not a member of the PTI.”

He said that the party is considering to hold a press conference in order to reveal who hacked the pages.
